サルバトーレ系列店です。最初にじじみ汁が出て来ます。大昔にサルバトーレのピザでマルゲリータの出来たてを食べて感動していたのですがその時の味を思い出しました。奥さんが久々にあのピザの味を食べたいと入って正解。
とてもお店は明るくて男性の店長的なベテランな店員さんが丁寧で明るくて紳士な対応で気持ちの良いお店。外国人のお客にもジェスチャーで明るく分かりやすく接していて、ホスピタリティーが高いとはこの事だなと勉強になりました。
周囲ではパスタやお肉を食べている外国人が美味しそうに食べてました。
フルーツとクリームチーズを食べながらレモンサワーをゆっくり飲んで花見の余韻に浸る1日でした。
