Our restaurant is famous for its samgyeopsal made with high-quality fresh domestically produced three-tier roses. The meat is soft and doesn't have the characteristic smell of pork, so it's delicious and easy to eat. Our staff will grill it to just the right temperature, so you can dip it in sesame oil or spicy miso and wrap it in a sandwich! Enjoy the unique flavor of perilla leaves, kakuteki and bean sprout namul, two types of which change daily, and go perfectly with a variety of side dishes. It is also delicious when eaten with kimchi, which is grilled on the same griddle and soaked in the flavor of the meat.
