年末年始になると「ふぐ」や「カニ」が食べたくなる。この日は12/31で休みに入っているお店も多いだろう。きっとここならやってると思い問い合わせ予約しました。
フグ刺し、唐揚げ、鍋を一通り食べたいと思い、
醍醐コース6500円(税込)にしました。
内容は下記
てっさ(ふぐ刺し)・唐揚げ・てっちり(お鍋)のついた一番人気コース♪

追加で事前に唐揚げとカニを注文。
飲み物はビールとヒレ酒。(1人2杯程度)
お会計は約2万円
ふぐとカニの両方を食べられて満足でしたが、
コースだけではボリューム的に物足りないかな。
とりあえず一通り楽しんでドリンク2杯程度なら予算8,000円/1人あたり。ボリューム感欲しければコース予算を上げたり追加のオーダーで予算10,000円/1人あたり。というイメージです。
店舗数も多く、いつでもふぐを食べられるという事は大変ありがたいですが、
ボリューム感が僕的に残念です。
もちろん都内の1等立地にお店があり、
それなりの内装クオリティはあるので
その辺を重々承知の上です。
あともう1つ気になる点としては
客単価がそれなりのお店である割に
スタッフの対応がその辺の居酒屋レベルかなと思いました。
入店した時にレジ周りで談笑していたり、
なんと表現していいのかわかりませんが
お店の雰囲気と接客に違和感がありました。
僕はお客さんとしてはほぼ気になりませんが、
飲食店を経営しているという視点では絶対に改善しようと思う箇所です。
とはいえ
僕の行動エリアほぼどこでもある
ふぐの貴重なお店なので今後にも期待しています。
