新宿三丁目駅から徒歩1分。
JR新宿駅東口から徒歩8〜10分程で行けるフグ料理屋に行ってきました。
金曜日の20時頃に予約して4人で来店。
初めてフグ料理屋に行ったのですが、良い経験をしました！フグ料理、無茶苦茶美味しかったです！
その中でも特に美味しかったのは…

無茶苦茶美味しかったです！！
白子が好きな私にとっては最高の逸品！
色々な白子を食べてきましたが、焼いた白子を食べたのは初めて！しかも、フグの焼き白子！
外はパリッと、中はフワっと、いや！フワフワっとでしたね！絶妙な食感が堪らなかったですね〜！上品で深みのある甘さに仕上がったフグの焼き白子は素晴らしい逸品ですので、是非、玄品に訪れた際は注文されることをオススメします！
◆フグのてっちりの玉子雑炊
フグのてっちりもとても美味しかったのですが、さらに美味しかったのが〆の玉子雑炊！真っ黄色の卵黄を使用した玉子雑炊は出汁がしっかり染み込んでいてgood！シンプルに塩を振って味付けすることをオススメします！香りも素晴らしかったですね！溶き卵を入れることにより豊潤な香りが漂い、食欲が掻き立てられます！刻みネギと刻み海苔が付いているので、見栄えも良し！最高の〆で楽しいお食事会を終えることができました！
とても良かったですね！
飲み放題を選んだのですが、まさかの生ビールはなく瓶ビールしかなかったので、接待やお祝いに向いているお店だと思いました！
気になった点としては、金曜日の忙しい時間帯なのは重々承知はしていますが、接客対応がイマイチでしたね。
その点だけ気になりましたが、その他はとても良かったので、満足です！
また機会があれば、利用したいと思います！
