ランチで訪問しました。
店内はキレイで、カウンター席もあったのですが、テーブル席に座らせていただきました。
春の味覚膳 1980円のを注文してみました。
ご飯、みそ汁、お漬物と天ぷらのセット。
天ぷらは、やはり専門店なだけあって、衣が薄めで、揚げ物なのに軽い感じ。
天ぷらは、海老、菜の花、ふきのとう、たらの芽、うど、白魚のかき揚げ。
春の味覚が楽しめるラインナップでした。
白魚は、身が甘くて、かき揚げのふわっとした食感もよく、とてもおいしかったです。
テーブルには、ワサビ塩と粗目の塩があり、天つゆ以外の味でも食べることができます。
ご飯が固すぎず柔らかすぎずで、ちょうどいい炊き方でした。
お会計もスムーズで、店員さんの感じも良かったです。
店内は、女性が多め。デパートだからでしょうか。
今しか食べられない食材を楽しめる、大満足のランチでした。
