At our store, we use oil that is a blend of sesame oil and salad oil, which is a traditional manufacturing method that has been used since the Edo period. This oil-fried Tempura brings out the flavor of the ingredients and has a very light texture that you can enjoy without getting tired of it.

We purchase carefully selected materials from intermediary wholesalers with whom we have had long-standing relationships since our founding. The owner personally handles the process of judging, preparing, and cooking the tempura to provide the best Tempura that will please our customers.

We have a rich lineup of sake, which goes well with Tempura, as well as shochu, whiskey, and wine.
