「天ぷら百名店」でいただく天重ランチ
西新宿エリアに詳しいフォローさんオススメの人気店に念願叶って初訪問です。
平日の12:30頃に到着すると幸い行列もなくスンナリと入店できました。
店内は老舗らしい落ち着いた雰囲気。カウンター席を案内されたので、目の前で店主が天ぷらを揚げるライブ感を楽しめました。
・天重 ¥1,430
注文して15分ほどで天重が到着。香の物・味噌汁・デザートが付きます。
揚げたて熱々のタネは、海老・かき揚げ・白身魚・茄子・玉葱・薩摩芋・紅生姜です。
天ぷらにかけられた薄味のタレは、具材の本来の味を邪魔しない絶妙な塩梅です。
特に小海老と貝柱のかき揚げはクセになる老舗ならではの美味しさです。
お味はもちろんですが、コスパも申し分ありませんし、店主さんはじめ店員さんの丁寧で気持ち良い接客にも好感が持てました。
さすが「天ぷら百名店」ですね。
リピート確定です。ご馳走様でした。

2024年4月26日にリニューアルオープンして以来、約半年ぶりの訪問です。
店内はモダンで明るい雰囲気です。改装前と比較するとカウンター席が広くなり、逆にテーブル席が少ないレイアウトへ変更になっていました。
⚫︎天重 ¥1,650
揚げたて熱々のネタは、海老・キス・穴子・イカ・茄子、玉葱、紅生姜です。
今回は改装前に付いていた「かき揚げ」とデザートが付いておらず、また料金も若干値上げされていました。
相変わらず、お味は上品で美味しく、店員さんの接客も申し分ないのですが、改装前より若干コスパが下がってしまったのは残念に思いました。
