本当は日本酒が好き。
だけど結構酔うのであまり飲まないようにわざと心がけていた。
しかしここは日本酒がまぁ進む。
なに頼むか迷った時に勧めてくれた日本酒とアテがばっちり合うのが気もちいい。
刺盛り、ぶり大根、カニ味噌焼き、海鮮系はもちろん、野菜系もうまかった。
特に鶴齢と椎茸の組み合わせはいい。
ジューシーで香ばしい椎茸とキレのある辛口日本酒がたまらないハーモニーを奏でていた。
こだわりを教えてくれるので聞いてても楽しかった。
また来たい。
