冬はやっぱりカニ食べないとねー！という事でかに道楽に突撃です。
飛び込みでしたが、お席が空いていたので通していただきました。
四人用の掘り炬燵席でありがたい。
「カニしゃぶコース」にいたしました。
きっとそんなに食べれないねと。
カニ酢からスタートです。
三杯酢がカニの身の甘さを引き立てます。ずわい蟹美味しい。
茶碗蒸しは、普通でした。
追加でオーダーしたカニ湯葉シュウマイは、カニの香りがしてカニ感！
そして、カニしゃぶ！
こちらは、2名で1杯分あります。出汁に潜らせると、カニの身の花が咲いて綺麗ですし、なんて甘いのかしらです。
締めは雑炊でカニの出汁たっぷりでした。
25年ぶりのかに道楽！
うん、期待を裏切らない安定のお味。
