焼き魚御膳
新宿三丁目 花園神社の近くのビル地下一階にひっそり佇む割烹料理屋『和味りん』。
新宿の隠れた魚の旨いお店。
旬の魚を産地直送に拘って炭火で焼き上げる。
この日はニシン。優しく火の通ったにしんはふっくらと焼き上がり、箸を当てるとパリッと香ばしく、身はふっくらとして新鮮。その左証に、骨がスルスルと外れていく。
奥深いにしんの味わいがふんわり舌に広がり、喉へと落ちると香ばしい炭火の香りが立ち上がる。
受け止めるご飯の炊き加減も良く、味噌汁はアラがたっぷり入っていて嬉しい。
いいお店を見つけてにんまり。
お昼のお腹が満たされた。
