新宿三丁目駅E2出口目の前、新宿駅からも10分程でお店に着きます。花園神社の近くです。
出汁に関する料理教室を開催したり出汁のオンライン販売等も行っています。
平日12時過ぎに訪問、８割埋まっていました。タイミングによっては待ちそう。
HPを読むと全国の産地から直接食材を仕入れており、特に魚への思いが強そう。
ランチメニュ―の構成も魚を中心に焼きor刺身。今回は他店で頂く機会の少ない真がれい塩焼きを注文
魚は身がプリっとしてホクホク。小鉢もさっぱりした味付けで風味もよく暑い日にピッタリの一品。
平日のランチですが常連さんが多いんですね。高校生を連れた親子の常連もいてちょっと驚き。
店内も清潔、忙しいながら接客もしっかりしています。和食、特に出汁と刺身を食べたい時にオススメです。
