Adjust the cooking temperature not too high or too low to preserve the flavor of the eel. Each eel has its own unique character, so we put all our heart and soul into grilling it, making subtle changes such as the strength of the fire, grilling time, and timing of adding the sauce. We offer two types of courses where you can enjoy our signature dishes at a great value: the special hitsumabushi course and the letta-shabu course. The popular Hitsumabushi can be enjoyed in three ways, and the lettuce shabu shabu is packed with vegetables, both of which we are proud of. Please enjoy your meal at our restaurant!

Our eel ju is a proud dish made with carefully grilled domestic eel (produced in Aichi Prefecture) using a secret sauce that we have continued to develop over the past 20 years since our establishment
