I came across this restaurant while developing Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Shinjuku. A shop located at the back of the street where Rush and Ichiran are located. When you take the elevator to the 5th floor, you can immediately see the wooden interior of the store and the counter kitchen, which I personally liked because it had a good atmosphere.The interior of the store was larger than I expected, but since it is a popular store, I made reservations. The drinks and food were all delicious and great, but what I want to convey most is the texture of the fish and horse sashimi. It's a dish where freshness is key, and I never thought I'd be able to find something of this quality in Tokyo. The fibers of the sashimi and the texture of the horse sashimi are seriously delicious. However, the price is the price of a typical Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), so I didn't expect to find it in Tokyo. If you want to drink in a good way, I think this is the only place to go! It was such a great store, so definitely check it out!
