新宿三丁目を歩いていた時に見つけたこちら。
ネギの専門店だそうです。
定番ネギ料理の黒焼きは
中のネギが歯ごたえを残しつつとろっと感もあり甘みが増してジューシー！
お豆腐もネギたっぷりで、
お野菜好き、ネギ好きは楽しめそうなお店でした！
お酒は和物中心に最低限は揃ってるかなという感じ。
日本酒推しではあったけどこの日は焼酎で。
オペレーションがやや雑だった事が残念で
席は空いているのに下駄箱がいっぱいで席に持ち込みになってしまったこと。
別で預かってくれるとかすれば良かったなあ。
