東京都 西新宿駅にある「麺屋 翔 本店」さんに行ってきました！
お店は西新宿駅から約徒歩5分のとこにあります。
新宿で塩ラーメンを探していたところこちらのお店を発見しました。
googlemap4.1の高評価と口コミ数2000を超える超人気店です。
平日の11時半頃に到着しすんなりと入れましたが、12時になるとお客さんが押し寄せて列ができていました。
今回は「軍鶏特製塩ラーメン」と「和え麺」を注文。
○軍鶏特製塩ラーメン
4種類のチャーシューや味玉、ワンタンなどがのった特製ラーメンです。
チャーシューは1番左の燻製されているものがとても美味しかったです！
スープはこれでもかと鶏の旨味が広がる奥行の広さで軍鶏からなのか甘みを強く感じました。
麺は菅野製麺を使用されていて細麺なのでスープとの絡みもよくバランスが良いです。
○和え麺
今まで食べた和え麺の中でいちばん美味しいかも。。
パンチが強く、鶏油の甘みなどが感じられる醤油ベースのたれが絶品です。
