This time, we will be visiting Menya Sho Main Branch, a Ramen shop in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The shop is about a 10-minute walk towards the west exit of Shinjuku Station. It is in a relatively quiet residential area, so it is probably hard to notice unless you know about it. Personally, it is my favorite Ramen shop and I have been going there since I was in high school. It may even be said that it is the shop where my love of Ramen began. Menu Shamo chicken seasoned egg salt Ramen 1,200 yen Sho's recommendation is undoubtedly the salt Ramen. The clear soup and thin noodles give the impression of an extremely refreshing yet deep Ramen. When I visited, there were many male customers, but I would recommend it for women too!
