世界三大料理と言われているトルコ料理、そのうちと思いつつやっと訪れることが出来ました。
数日前に電話で予約して訪れましたが、お店に入ると電気は消えていてお店の方はのんびりお喋り中…
今日はお休みです、とのことでしたが予約したと伝えると あ、じゃあどうぞ〜〜と、なんとも自由！このくらいゆるく働いてみたいです（笑）
飲み物メニューには国旗マークが付いているので、せっかくだからトルコのものを選びました。ワイスというビールは普段ビールを飲まない私でも甘くて飲みやすかったです。スッキリしてるのでお料理にも合いました。
前菜の盛り合わせは、ほとんどペーストなので追加のパンは注文必須です。Ｌサイズはかなりの大きさ！焼きたてで膨らんだまま到着しました。ほんのり塩味がしてそのままでも美味しい◎
ペーストはひよこ豆、ヨーグルト、ほうれん草、辛いトマト煮、などなど。辛いのとヨーグルトのを一緒にパンに乗せてみたりお気に入りを探せて、初めてにはおすすめのメニューでした。ハーブを感じるものが多いですが、そこまでクセはなく美味しく頂けました。
ファラフェルは何かわからないまま注文しました。でもこの文字打ったらファラフェルの絵文字が出たので有名な料理なのですね！

柔らかくホロホロで美味しいです。
トルコなのか分かりませんがアヒージョはエビがぷりっぷりでアツアツで、先程のものとは違うほんのり甘いパンと一緒に食べると最高です。
2杯目にはラクという蒸留酒を頂きました。水で割って頂くのですが、知ってる中でいちばん似ているお酒はアブサンかなと思いました。アルコールは強めで、味は甘め、ハーブのような華やかな香りが鼻に抜け、独特な味わいが最高でした。ちょっと強いですが割る前に1度そのまま味わってみて欲しいです。
ミックスグリル４種盛りは、牛、鶏、羊、ひき肉のグリルです。カットや調理もそれぞれ違っていて楽しいです。羊は意外とクセがなかったですが、ひき肉のはなかなかのパンチでした。おまけでピーマンの丸ごとグリルが付いていましたが、それもジューシーで良かったです。
お店の中ではトルコランプや食器や絨毯など販売もしているようで、見てていいとの事だったので料理を待ちながら眺めましたがなかなか楽しいです◎
お値段書いた方がいいとは思いますが…（笑）
お店の方はボソッとしてるのですがフレンドリーな感じで、予約やお会計の時や料理の名前の意味など色々とお話してくれてゆったりした雰囲気が楽しかったです。ひとり2杯ずつ飲んでひとりあたり5000円なので安くはないですが、お店も異国感あってオススメです。
