A 2-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, restaurant Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in Omoide Yokocho, a street lined with bars with a retro atmosphere that are bustling from noon. The exterior is located right in the middle of restaurant along the train tracks, and there are tables and chairs lined up along the road, so you can drink outside comfortably during this season. The interior is a spacious space with about 60 seats on the first and second floors. Yasubei is the oldest private room Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Omoide Yokocho, which is lined with long-established restaurants, and was established in 1950. They also have a wide selection of rare brands of sake. This time, I was on my third bar crawl and had dinner planned, so I only ordered morokyu and salted cabbage.
