久々に逢う知人が誕生日祝い…こんなオジサンには不要なんですが…お仕事も紹介してくれたからとご馳走してくださいました。
前菜の山菜の入ったすっぽんスープ…何とも滋味深い味とコク、口のなかで少しトロミを感じる一品で幸先良いスタートになりました。
すっぽんの卵、初めて頂きましたがあっさり目の大粒イクラでした。心臓等のお刺身も綺麗に調理されています。
すっぽんスープを使ったフカヒレ、贅沢な料理です。スープの底には茶碗蒸し風の卵料理～食べる先から体に良さそうな気がします。女性なら『コラーゲンたっぷりでお肌しっとり…』なんでしょうが。
雑炊は言わずもがなの旨さ～ポン酢を少し頂いて振り入れましたが…〆には最高です…美味しかったぁ！
贅沢なすっぽん料理の数々、全て丁寧な調理で品良く仕上がっていました。
大変ご馳走様でした！
