平日の夜に訪問しました。
溶岩プレートが置いてあるお店は以前にも訪問したことがありますが、
平たいプレートなので肉を焼いていたら油が全て落ちますので、それを受け止めるお皿も添えられています。
今回はコースにしていたので、盛り合わせで運ばれてきました。
野菜もそこそこ合って良かったです。
中でもハツは3秒ハツとのことで、片面3秒程度だけ焼くらしく、
ロースとかでは聞きますけどハツでもあるんだと思ってちょっと不安でしたが、
確かに柔らかくて美味しかってです。
まあ個人的には10秒くらい焼いた方がより美味しかったかなという気はします。
いいお店だと思いました。
