過去にしゃぶしゃぶは食べたことがありましたが、火鍋もあると聞いて、ラムしゃぶのあのお肉ならば、火鍋にもあうだろうなぁと、お試しがてら伺いました。
平日夜でしたが念のため予約。18:00すぎにお店にいくと、まだまだ来店しているお客さんのほうが少ないような感じでした。
火鍋のスープは王道の二種類。マーラーと白湯でしょうか。
お肉は、ラム肉と豚肉が注文できました。やっぱり火鍋のあのスパイシーなスープにはラム肉でしょ！！と、投入！！
ささっと湯がくだけで食べごろです。
口に入れると、ラム肉がとろけます。らむしゃぶも美味しいけど、火鍋も捨てがたい！！
これは、、、なかなかはまりそうな予感。
この日は、店員さんの方もはきはき気持ちの良い接客。さらに美味しく楽しめます。
お腹いっぱいになりました！ごちそうさまでした！
