この日は昼過ぎから飲めるところを新宿で探していて、こちらの『ラムしゃぶ金の目』さんへ
新宿3丁目駅から近くて、アクセスしやすいのはありがたいですね！
ラムしゃぶしゃぶ、前から気にはなっていたけどジンギスカンで焼いて食べるくらいしかなかったのでまったく未知の食べ方です！
ジンギスカン自体はラムの独特な味わいに好き嫌いが別れてしまうのですが、そもそも自分はジンギスカンは大好物❗
むしろ独特な匂いがはまってしまうのでしゃぶしゃぶしたらどうなるのか！？
着席後に鍋の説明から
最初にラム、ラム肩ロース、豚、野菜、を出してくれて、その後は好きな部位をおかわりだそうです！
つけだれ、調味料も豊富にあって食べる前から楽しみです♪
まずは野菜から投入
しばらくしてからラム肉をしゃぶしゃぶ！
スタッフさんが肉の火の通し加減をレクチャーしてくれますが、ラム肉はかなり新鮮だから本当に少ししゃぶしゃぶするくらいで、ピンク色、桜色くらいでいただけるそうです！
薄くスライスされたお肉はすぐにふわっと溶けて、とろける食感！
余分な脂が落ちるせいか、全然重たくありません！
肩ロースも同じく軽くしゃぶしゃぶして、野菜と絡めながら！
全部2皿ずつおかわりしちゃいましたw
卓上の調味料も豊富で少し味変するとまた別の味わいでかなり美味しい～♪
ドリンクも濁り酒を出してくれて、これがまたラムしゃぶと合いますねー！
かなりお腹いっぱいに食べました❗
ラム肉、新しい価値感を見つけました♪
ラム肉好きな人にはかなりオススメですね！
