新宿へ行くと、いつもこちらへ寄ってみようと思う物の・・何処だか解らなくて諦めてたお店
既に行った人から案内してもらい訪問・・並んでる「noix de beurre」
名物は焼きたてフィナンシェらしいのですが、当然ながら本日分完売の貼り紙が
何か買ってお茶を濁そうにも、どの商品も結構高くて・・折角だからケーキでも
◇ミルフィーユ；626
何が残っているか聞いて、残り数個らしいミルフィーユを選んでみました。
裏の厨房で作ってるのが見えます・・数分して完成。
今回は帰宅間際に購入したので、保冷剤も溶けきらずに帰宅出来ました。
一応形を保っていますが、中のカスタードクリームが球状だったハズなのに横から出てる
そしてもの凄く食べ辛い。。 切ろうとするとクリームが側面からドバッと出ちゃうし
手で持って囓ると、やっぱり出ちゃう。 という事で、途中見るも無惨な状態になります。
中のクリームはシュークリームのそれと同じ物で、ここの売りとしてはサクサクの生地の方
ミルフィーユは人前で食べない方が無難です。
