やっぱここはうまいっす！小樽の名店。
デパ上とは思えないグレードの寿司を出す政寿司。今日もカウンターで片っ端からうまいものをいただきました。鮭児とホッキ貝が特にうまかったかな。焼き物はキンキがよかったっす。CPもとてもよいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
デパート内とは思えない味と落ち着き。
小樽の政寿司には大昔一度行ったことがあるような気がします。北海道の名店がネタを直送し東京でも営業するというのは確か鮨金とかもそうだったはずで、昔は話題となりました。今ではこれだけ物流が進化すると、北海道の名店だけの特権ではないはずですが、そんなことはともかく、この店はよい店でした。
赤貝の肝の串焼きとか、シメサバの深いうまみとか、キンキのさらりとした脂とか、お金のことを気にせずに、お薦めにしたがって注文していくと、歓喜の世界が広がります。
新宿にはこういうよい店が少ないので、貴重です。

ここはデパートの寿司ですけれど、侮ってはいけません。本店は小樽の名店。
平日夜予約で一杯。当日フリーのお客さんはいません。
カウンターで、美味しいものを自己抑制せずバクバクといただきました。写真はいただいたもののごく一部。
記憶に残ったのは、しめ鯖、あん肝、ボタン海老、白子、ニシン刺身、あたりでしょうか。
ここは、まじでレベル高いです。
おいしかった。ごちそうさまでした！
