とにかく油そばが食べたい時に利用するお店という感じです。新宿東口からすぐのアルタ裏エリアで、1階は狭いですが地下にも席があるので意外と入れる席数です。入口で食券を買って、渡してから席に座るスタイルです。
味は本当にスタンダードですが、ちょっと甘めですね。トッピングはもやしがたっぷりです。ラー油とお酢の他に、マヨネーズや黒酢もあり、自由に使えます。元が甘めなので黒酢かけるとかなりフルーティーな味わいになります。どちらかというと塩か醤油か出汁とか足したいかも。
麺も程よい硬さ、もっちりめ。食べ応えがあって満足感はあると思います。味噌汁が付いていて嬉しいです。
お店の人は効率的というか、親切だったことは無いですが、安いお店だしそれでいいと思います。お店の綺麗さはまあ、普通、です。
