新宿三丁目の末広亭周辺を歩いていると地下１階のお店の方（男性店員）が、１階入口で大きな声で呼び込みをしている・・・。

「金目鯛の煮付け定食」が提供された。
「金目鯛の煮付け」の見た目は、金目鯛の照りが少ないが、身はふっくらの状態で仕上げっている。
「金目鯛の煮付け」を食す。
しっかりと金目鯛の臭みが取られている。生姜のえぐみも出ていない。
パサパサ感もなく仕上がっているので金目鯛がうまい。
そして、濃いめの煮汁が金目鯛にしっかり絡んでご飯が進む。
「煮付け」と「ご飯」を交互に食べて、味噌汁を飲み干して完食。
もう少し、煮付けの煮汁が多い方がもっとご飯が進んだかなぁ・・・？
