金目鯛専門というのが興味深くて訪問。
ドリンクは日本酒推しのようで、それも楽しみでした。
店内ピッカピカ。めちゃ清潔です。
先ずは日本酒を。
⭐広島の純米酒「富久長 海風土(ふくちょうシーフード)」。
白ワインっぽいと思いました。
酸に控えめな甘み。
引きの早さ。
面白い。
確かに海産料理や揚げ物にも合いそうです。
また知らないタイプに出逢った。
日本酒は面白いですね。
料理をいただきます。
⭐金目鯛なめろう。
金目鯛の旨みを余すこと無く味わえます。
とても美味しい。
⭐マコモダケ。
アスパラと竹の子を合わせたみたいなシャクシャク食感。
ほんのり甘みがあります。
いいですね。美味しかった。
⭐刺身5点盛り。
金目鯛はもちろん良かったのですが、本鮪大トロは、ねっとりとして濃厚な味。コショウダイの弾力強かった。
鰹、スズキと、味と食感を幅広く楽しめました。
⭐金目鯛煮付け。
さらりスッキリ煮汁が美味しい。
小骨のひとつも出てこない徹底した骨抜きには驚きました。
骨が残るのも風情だけどね。
