新宿三丁目駅から1分。
金目鯛のお料理に特化した居酒屋。
以前、系列店の立ち飲み居酒屋「ぞんぶんスタンド」へは行ったことがありましたが、こちらは初訪問。
大人のための隠れ家のようなお店で落ち着いた雰囲気で、お店へ入店すると広々とした空間が広がっています。
オーダーしたメニューですが、
まず、お刺身盛り合わせ（2人前）
宮城のマグロ
カツオ
千葉の金目鯛
北海道のぶり
愛媛の真鯛
というランナップ。
マグロは一切冷凍されていない正真正銘の生マグロ。
ふんわりととける絶品の食感でした。
金目鯛や他の食材もプリプリとした食感で鮮度の良さが一発で感じられ、お値段の990円：一人前（写真は2人前）には驚きでした。
そして、ぞんぶんの看板メニューである金目鯛のしゃぶしゃぶも頂きました。
出汁は、鰹と昆布、そして金目鯛のアラから特製のお出汁を取っていて、新鮮な金目鯛をさっと火を通していただくと、その新鮮な味わいが際立って感服の思いした。
また、その日に入荷した食材を提供しているそうで、そして、驚くほどリーズナブル。例えば鮑が1,980円というコスパの良さ。
来店した日もお店は常に賑わっていて、お料理を食してみて人気の理由がわかりました。
隠れ家のような雰囲気で、素材の良さと味の良さを楽しむことができる素晴らしいお店でした。
