令和6年能登半島地震で被災された方々。
こんな形でお伝えするのは不謹慎かも知れませんが少しでもお力になれればと思い今回は氷見の鰤を頂きました。
まずは「旬の焼き野菜」という事で大きめの"万願寺とうがらし"と"しいたけ"で乾杯。
お刺身盛り合わせも氷見の鰤はもちろんの事、「釣ってから一度も冷凍していない」と言う鮪は「冷凍していない」という演出もさる事ながら、ねっとりとした食感でとても美味しかったです
金目鯛の煮付けも身のつきがいい大きめな金目鯛でした。味も良き
そしてメインの鰤しゃぶ(ごめんなさい興奮していて写真撮り忘れました…)
今回は追加で金目鯛しゃぶも頼んで両方を堪能させて頂きました。
もちろんブランド鰤という事で見た目、味、食感、共に美味しかったです
私的には普段食べる鰤と比べて魚独特の匂い(生臭さ)がありますが野生味があって僕は好きです
とても美味しくCPのいいお店だと思います
再訪します。
