Even buri shabu is considered luxurious, and I thought that the restaurant would have an insanely expensive atmosphere, so I went to the store. My heart pounded as I walked down the stairs. The inside of the store is like an ordinary little Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). A relief. Now, shabu shabu. It is cut thickly and will not tear even if you grab it with chopsticks. It's about half-raw, and it's soaked in sauce. Good texture. There is no fishy smell at all! Fantastic. This is delicious! restaurant I wonder if it will increase.
