Only available from spring to summer! This is the only time you can enjoy large, creamy rock Oyster! The mellow "Kujukushima Konatsu" and the meaty "Goto Islands Tsubaki" oysters are available for a limited time only.

These large Oyster fries are made with Hiroshima Oyster! The Oyster extract oozes out of the crunchy batter! The sauce and lemon are also top-notch. The breadcrumbs used in the batter are specially ordered directly from the factory. This texture could not be replicated without these breadcrumbs. What are Hiroshima Oyster? Hiroshima Oyster have small shells but plump meat, reigning supreme as Oyster with the highest meat weight index. They are characterized by a rich, sweet umami flavor◎
