20数名のアジアからの視察団の宴会で利用しました。お店を選んだのは海外の方ですが、何度もこのチェーン店を利用しているそうです。理由は、
1、融通が効く(飲み物の持込み全くOK)
2、セルフで野菜類を取りに行けるので気楽
と言っていました。
鍋ぞうコース＋飲み放題付き 5,500円(税込)
食べ放題なので、皆さんボリューム的にも満足されていました。でも私のようなシニアはそんなに食べれないのですよ、。
食べ放題とセルフを組み合わせて業務の効率化を図り、ちゃっちゃと時間制で回転を稼ぐ、素晴らしい経営です。
肉質などを考えてもコスパはかなり良いですね。
ただ、淡白なサービスは日本人に限らず好き嫌いが出そうです。
