2nd floor of Hilton Tokyo in Shinjuku. Tables and iron plates are arranged like a maze in a large area. The lighting is dark and looks nice. Since I was dining with elderly people, I had the impression that the portions would be small, but each one was delicious. The meat is fillet. I had it grilled rare. There were many different flavors and it was delicious. The strawberry and ice cream dessert at the end was delicious. There was also shabu shabu, so I didn't want to eat it.

新宿にあるヒルトン東京の2階には、区切りがなく様々なレストランが複雑なレイアウトで存在します。
まだ数回しか行ったことがないので迷子になりそうですが、必ずスタッフさんがご案内くださるのでホッとします。
今日は和食に。
やはり、和食の盛り付けの素晴らしさ、器とのバランス、見た目から本当に楽しませてくれます。
外国の方が多いせいか、絶妙な派手さが、昨今サービス低下が目立つ中、私達日本人にも楽しく見えてちょうど良い。
もちろん味も美味しく、量も少しずつでとても良かったです。
お刺身のお醤油が水玉のジュレになっていたり、お椀の煮物にはそこはかとなく柚子が香り、トリュフの香るお肉には揚げた玉ねぎを畑の土に見立てて野菜が育っていました。
季節は桜の真っ只中。
あちこちに桜や春を感じるお皿に大満足です。
写真を撮り忘れましたがデザートには、胡麻プリン、桜の道明寺、メロンという豪華さ。色合いも良く、可愛かったです。
個室のお部屋は広々とし、シンプルだけど素敵な雰囲気。
とても素敵でしたのでまた行きたいです。
