先日は東京へproject遠征、16軒目は此方で会合。
イノベーティブな和食を食べた後は歌舞伎町へ移動し
取り敢えず日本酒が飲みまくりたいという
僕の心の気持ちを汲んでくれた皆さんに感謝。
正直日本酒以外は適当なのかなと思っていたが
都内であるにも関わらずそれなり以上のクオリティで
失礼ながら驚いた。
~刺身盛り合わせ
ツブ貝やブリなど思った以上に良い鮮度、
やはりこれくらいのレベルまで引き上げねばならない程に
高い品質の日本酒が介しているのが引金だろうか。
日本酒についてはご覧の通りな品揃えなので
敢えて触れないがちょい飲みにしても
思いの外飲める良いお店といえる。
