毎年、冬に義実家の北海道へ帰省してますが、今年はコロナで断念。家族で
美味しい北海道の海の幸が食べたいとこのお店へたどり着きました。
昔、アルタへ番組観覧でよく行っていたので、ランチはこのあたりでラーメン食べたりしてたからすぐにわかりました。
店内へ入ると、活気の良い雰囲気。ほぼ満席で、諦めて帰られるお客様がいるほど。
すごい人気なんですね。
入口でアルコール消毒をして、目に入ってきたのは、日本酒のソムリエ、唎酒師の認定証書。
日本酒好きだけど、何を飲めばいいか迷うってときに、相談できるからすごく嬉しい。
掘りごたつの個室に案内してもらいました。
店員さんが元気ですっごく気持ちのよい接客。
個室のテーブルには、真ん中にビニールカーテンが。お店は積極的に感染症対策をしてくださっていました。
私たちも迷惑をかけないようこまめにアルコール消毒や、トイレへ行くときはマスクをするなどをして気を付けました。
注文したのは、手作り 北海・松前漬け 、とろサーモン塩麴、あん肝の盛り合わせ。
あぁ、義理実家ですごす年末年始でよくごちそうになるメニュー。眩しいくらい輝いてる。
最初に生ビールをきゅーっと飲み、それぞれいただいていきます。これはお酒がすすむお味！
北海道で食べるのと同じ！
これ、お酒にあいますよ、箸でつまみながら飲んでみてって店員さんに美味しえてもらった
食べるラー油みたいなカリカリしたおつまみ、香りも味も良くってビール進んだなぁ♪
そろそろ唎酒師さんにお世話になりたく、おススメいただいた
勝沼ワイン。新酒なのだとか。白と赤をそれぞれいただいてみました。
白はさわやか、すっきりした辛口な味わいでこの日食べた板盛りのマグロ、カンパチ、ヒメダイ、サーモン、サワラ、甘海老にあうのでびっくり。お刺身には、ビールや日本酒だと思ってたので。さすが唎酒師さんです。新たな発見。
余談ですが、店員さんの「これは、サワラちゃんで～す」って説明してくれるのがツボにはまってしまいました（笑）
そして大好きな焼きほっけ。身がぎっしり。レモンをかけてさっぱりと。
魚の身がしっかり食べたいときはほっけを買うことが多いのですが
こちらのほっけは、義実家がたまに送ってくれるほっけとかわりない大きさと味で感動しました。
ここから日本酒へ。せっかく唎酒師がいらっしゃるので好みを伝えて
おまかせで。
栃木県の赤とんぼ。パッケージ可愛いからこれ好きです。旨味もしっかりとあるからつい飲みすぎちゃうやつ。
地ハマグリの焼き物 といただきました。香りと食感とっても好み。貝好きな方は必ず食べてくださいね。
ザンギがあったら絶対に頼んじゃう。このあたりでも勝沼赤ワインをいただきました。お肉にあいますね。
ザンギや焼き鳥盛り合わせ。揚げたてが食べれる幸せ。
そして日本酒の田酒！！出会えたことに感謝。
蟹ぶっかけだし巻き玉子とともに。テーブルに登場するも、すぐにバーナーで仕上げを。
素敵な演出。写真撮りまくり♪
蟹は香ばしく、玉子はふわふわなままですが、だし汁がきいてて
口の中でふわ～じゅわ～となり、そこへ田酒をくーっと口に入れるとなんとも幸せな気分になります。
最後に石狩名物 鮭いくら親子丼を食べました。なんて贅沢な！
とろっとした鮭に、プチプチのいくら。なんでこんなに美味しいのでしょう。
北海道の根室・歯舞・花咲・紋別・小樽・猿払漁港の６つの漁港から直送の海鮮ルートなんだそう。
なんだか北海道へ帰省した気分になってとても嬉しかったです。
また食べに行きたいです。ごちそうさまでした。
