普通の居酒屋さんだと思って、入店したら、メニュー見たら、北海道づくし！にびっくり！
北海道旅行に行きたい！けど、コロナでなかなか行けないから、北海道旅行気分で楽しめました。

（甘えび 天使海老 ぼたん海老）
海老を3種食べ比べたのは初めて。お鮨屋さんで食べても2種までかな。
人生初の海老3種食べ比べは思い出になりました！これは他では食べられないと思うので、海老好きさんは必食！どれもオイシイけど、ぼたん海老がぷりぷりで最高～！

60㎝は軽くあるお皿？板？に新鮮な刺身が2切づつ6種。これが500円？
ちょっとこれは赤字でしょ？頼むのが申し訳ないほど。でも次回来てもこれは頼みます！！
甘エビ、ヒラメ、サワラ、スズキ、カンパチ、本まぐろと豪華！
本まぐろのお刺身を別で頼もうと思ってたけど、漁師町の板盛りに入っていて、大満足！

来るなりサイズにびっくり！今まで食べたほっけの中で一番デ・カ・イ！！！
身がぎっしり。レモンと大根おろしでさっぱりといただくので、サイズが大きくても食べれちゃう！
大きさとジューシーな味に感動しました。これは必食！！！
◎5時間煮込んだ角煮
北海道のかむい豚（神威豚）という豚肉を使用。ウ・マ・イ！！！！お肉厚い～！白髪ねぎとの相性合う！
お肉まで北海道産？と北海道愛とこだわりにびっくり。
◎酒粕のクリームチーズ和え
本日の酒粕を使うというこだわり。本日は「鍋島」の酒粕でした。これ絶対お酒に合う！酒飲みにはたまらん～！
◎地ハマグリ焼き
はまぐりのだし最高！日本酒に絶対合います。

華やかな一品で、さっぱりといただけるので、海鮮の合間にもおすすめ。

海鮮ももちろん美味しいんだけど、また行きたいと思わせるのはこのあたたかいスタッフの方々のぬくもりだなと感じました。
新宿に行ったら、ここはマストです！
