北海道の新鮮な海の幸をお手頃にいただけるお店があると聞いたので行ってきました！
新宿駅東口から徒歩3分ほどのビルの6階にてお店を発見。
祝前日ということもあってか店内はかなり賑わってますね〜。店員さんの活気も良い！
半個室にていただきます。
お店には日本酒マイスターの資格を保持した方がいらっしゃるそうで、おすすめの日本酒や飲み方を紹介してくれるそう。確かに魚介類をいただくときには日本酒をグイッと飲みたくなってしまいますよね。ありがたいサービスだ！
今回は
・とろサーモンの塩麹漬け、松前漬け、数の子にしん、あん肝の盛り合わせ
・生ラーメンサラダ
・お刺身盛り合わせ
・白子ポン酢
・カボチャの煮付け
・室蘭焼き鳥
をいただきました。北海道の食材にとことんこだわっており、魚介類以外にも北海道産のお料理がたくさんあります。実質北海道旅行したのと同じだな(?)
食材そのものの美味しさが際立つのはもちろんですが、調理方法や盛り付けにもこだわりが感じられオンリーワンの一品が多々ありました。特にお刺身の盛り合わせはこのボリュームで1,500円という破格の設定です。さすが看板メニュ！力入ってます。日本酒飲みたくなるのも頷けます。※酔い過ぎないように注意、、、
