新宿駅近くにある北海道をテーマとした個室のある居酒屋さん。本当にコスパが良すぎて圧倒！店員さんがとても元気で、みんな本当に本当に感じがいい！こちらに来たらとても元気になります！元気を与えらます♪そして通していただいたのは利尻の部屋。仲良しのお友達3名で訪問。
今回は沢山頼みました！
【サーモンの塩麹あえ】
こちらは、麹の味がとても出ていて、さっぱりとしていておいしい！色々な食材が入っていて既に大満足〜
【松前漬け】
たこと松前漬けが、絡み合ってねばねば、日本酒にとってもあいます。こちらの料理が出てきたときに、日本酒のマスターがいらっしゃって、そちらの方が選んでくれました。スラムダンクの井上先生がとても大好きなお酒と言うことで、後ろにはスラムダンクに出ている三井選手の背番号14番のステッカーが貼ってあります。これはデフォルトの瓶だそうです。
【あん肝のはりはり醤油】
あん肝最高〜！ガーリックやとびっこが効いていて、とってもおいしい！！
こちらをあてに、かなりお酒を飲んでしまって既に酔っ払ってしまいました。
【西厚岸せんぽう牡蠣】
北海道の牡蠣、とてもさっぱりしていて、苦手な方でも食べれそうなくらいのクリーミー＆磯味です。レモンを絞って、順番に食べてとってもおいしかったです！幸せぇ

バーナーで炙ったカニと、ふっくらしたたまご、ふわふわの卵にカニの香ばしさのある優しい卵焼き〜なんだか縁起の良さそうなお皿？に盛り付けてある〜食べる事が止まりません

北海道でいうと、焼き鳥と言えば、豚肉〜タレが少し甘くて、ジューシーで食べ応えがある。とてもおいしい！大きいし、すぐにぺろっとみなで食べました〜
【はまぐりと菜の花のかきあげちゃん】
皆さーん春が来ましたよー！ハマグリがとーっても美味しくて、貝の出汁の味がすごいっ！菜の花もびっくりな大きさになってる！こんなの見たことない〜、からっと揚げてありそれでいてさっぱり、ハマグリの出汁と合わせて食べて、春を感じられる一品〜

北海道の塩水ウニを贅沢に炙ってる〜こちらのウニには本当においしい！
少しあぶってある感じも大好きで、何が1番好きってやっぱりウニが美味しい！ハッピーハッピーハッピー
