数年前から、天然記念物の牛を食べられるお店があるとグルメ仲間から聞き気になっていたお店がこちらのボニュさん。
今回、初訪問してきました。
お店に入ると店内は非常にこじんまりとしていて、想像とかなり違っていました。
その分、店主である来栖けい氏と色々と会話が出来るがこの店の良さかもしれません。
料理は食材本来の味を体験してほしいという店主の思いから、非常にシンプルな調理方法です。
しかし、味もシンプルかと言えば、そんなことはありません。
店主が厳選した一流の食材が持つ、食材本来の濃厚な旨味が口の中に広がり料理としての完成度は非常に高いです。
特にオマールエビと鮎のビスクスープは本当に驚く美味さでした。
今回は２種類の牛「いぶさな牛」と「見島経産牛」をいただきました。
そのうちの１つである「見島経産牛」は天然記念物の牛です。
どちらも美味しかったですが、個人的にはヒレよりもロースの方が好きなのでいぶさな牛のリブロースの方が好みでした。
やはり牛を売りにしているだけあって最後のステーキは本当に美味しかったです。
またリピートしたい良いお店が増えました！
