お世話になった方と久しぶりディナー。来栖さんの実物にお会いしたくて、念願のボニュ。
オマール海老は一匹丸々が10分で贅沢スープに、変身。椎茸と塩だけのリゾット、トマトのヘタ入りパスタ、信じられないくらい美味しい鮎。
確かに全て美味しいですが、お肉だけは何かが私には物足りなかった。調味料で誤魔化され続けてる弊害かしら？
最後のミルクアイスも感動の美味しさ。
値段は高め。その割に掃除とかは行き届いてない点が少し残念。だいぶ埃が目立ちました。
それでも
ここでしか食べられない食の楽しみと、独特な来栖さんの接客は一生に一度は味わうと良い刺激になる。
もう一度別メニューを味わいに行きたいお店。
