今まで有名なところからカジュアルな焼肉店までいろいろ食べている自負がありましたが、各段に良い肉質と内容！そして社長の堀江さんが本当に”肉の変態”笑
肉は鹿児島の黒毛和牛にこだわりを持ち、仕入れ先との強力な関係性により良い肉だけを仕入れているとのこと（通常だと「黒毛和牛」だけをオーダーできない、他のクオリティの悪い肉も一緒に買わなければいけないと）
特製タレで濃厚な旨さのユッケ、肉汁がミルキーな厚切りなタンの衝撃から始まり、各部位の上質な肉を出していただいてこの値段・・・・コスパ良き。
肉質が良いのでタレだともったいないとのことで、牛の達人は岩塩でいただきます。
ここらへんも肉質に自信があるからでしょう。
