ホームページだと、
歌舞伎町で本格的な日本料理が食べられる店っぽく見えたけど、
実際行ってみると、価格設定高めの、ただの和風個室居酒屋ですね。
内装も和風でただケバい感じだし。
大学生ノリの店員がくっちゃべりながら、
調理や配膳をする感じ。
これは、オーナーさんのやりたい事が、
店舗の現場に伝わってないのかもな。
もしくは、このチャラい居酒屋こそやりたかったのか知らんけど。
馬刺しは色味は良いけど、
食感がイマイチ。
身も小さく割高感感じた。
キュウリ一本漬けは普通に旨い。
これが一位。
濃厚揚げ出し豆腐は、
出汁がうりと書いてあったが、
全然出汁感弱い。
味も薄すぎる。
豆腐自体は濃い目のを使ってた。
これは半分残した。
お通しのシジミ汁が美味かったな。
もう一つのお通しのローストビーフの西京漬けは、
色が悪くて西京漬けっぽさはない。
パサつきが気になるな。
飲み物は量もタップリで良かった。
