The famous "Torikawa" is made using neck skin with little subcutaneous fat and a unique sauce, carefully grilled seven times over five days. The texture is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the aroma that spreads in your mouth is addictive! You can also enjoy a different taste by adding the yuzu pepper-based ``yuzu sauce'' on the table.It's easy to eat, so we recommend ordering a set of 5 or 10 pieces. Enjoy our signature dishes made with careful attention to ingredients and cooking methods.

There is a wide variety of drinks to go with your food. We are particularly proud of our sweet potato shochu, which is unique to Kyushu.
