【幹事の皆さんお気を付けて】
・コース料理の量が少ない(各料理一口分ほど)
・20時予約で着席が20時30分
・そもそも当初19時30分での予約だったが前日に20時へ変更(店員曰く店側の処理ミスとのことだったが、無理だと言ってもお願いしますの一点張り。解決までに担当者が3回変わる)
・飲み放題の酒が来ない
・3時間飲み放題で予約しているのに2時間で酒が止まる
一見コース内容と値段を見てお得に感じますが、最悪です。
コース料理の写真は、量・内容共に実物と大きく異なる。
ちなみに系列店の一兆、福家もレビューを見ると同様にサービス最悪のようです。Googleの口コミが荒れてます笑
(食べログの場合は口コミ投稿のガイドラインで「お店への個人的なクレームやトラブルに関する内容はご遠慮ください。」となっており、事実の投稿が出来ない)
「サービス悪いなあ〜」程度の店ならたまにありますが、ここまでの店は初めてでびっくりしました。
忘年会の幹事として使いましたが、上司先輩方の満足度がとても心配で、私は下座から常に酒の催促をしていました。
