Furthermore, the Cold Noodles soup made with a secret recipe of 100% Wagyu beef bones is slowly simmered 365 days a year for a refreshing result. The yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and bossam meat that come with the set are made with SPF pork from Ibaraki Prefecture, ``Tsukuba Bibuta,'' which is known for its fine texture and crispness.
