急に思い立って、比較的近くでランチ食べよう！とでかけました。
探したら、豚肉への熱い思いを掻き立てるお店がある。
というわけで、食べログで予約して30分後にはお邪魔しました。
私はたぶん、牛より豚のお肉が身体に合ってるなーと思うこの頃。
歳とともに好みが変わりましたが、ここの生姜ソースにかなり惹かれました！
というわけで、着席前から気持ちは固まっておりました。
メインがやってくるまで、ドリンクバーとスープバーを楽しみます。
この日のスープはわかめ入りのおすまし風？
優しい鶏ガラ風味でした〜。
ドリンクはオレンジ、アップル、烏龍茶、コーヒー(ホット、アイス)などが。
ランチのセットに含まれてるのでありがたい。
プラス300円でワインなどのアルコールもチョイスできました。
ポテトバーはいまお休み中だそうです。このご時世なのでご苦労が忍ばれます。
やってきた、ポークジンジャー！
ソースは最後にかけるのかな、ドレッシングのような冷製タイプ。
これが私は好みでした！生姜大好き、生姜部部活動を細々と十年以上やってますが、ピリリとした生姜と醤油ベースの味付け、大根おろしとのミックスが良かった。
豚肉の、厚みにびっくりしつつ、もりもりいただきました。
ポテトは皮付きタイプ。ほくほくおいしい。
クレソンの苦味が良いアクセントでした。クレソン、なぜこんなにうまいこと、味わいのハーモニーに深みを出してくれるの？お前がいてくれるだけで、この一皿が締まるよ、感謝。
ご飯は大盛りもできるそうです。(無料)
小一時間、黙々といただき、雨上がりの新宿ビル街の長めなどを楽しみました。
