東新宿駅近くにあるこちらのお店。
大久保通り沿いにありました。
磯丸水産、、、
かなり久しぶりの来店です。
昼呑みで利用した事はあるが、ランチ利用は初めてです。
今回注文したのは、「アジの琉球丼」。
琉球丼って何だろう？と思って調べてみると、、、
琉球丼という名の「大分名物」の郷土料理のようです。
到着したアジの琉球丼は、4層になっておりました。
１．ご飯
２．胡瓜・茗荷・葱

４．胡麻ダレ
メニューに記載のあった通りに食べてみると、、、
美味しい！そのまま食べても美味しい！
魚の臭みも全く感じられませんでした。
半分食べたところで、お茶漬け風にお出汁を入れて食べてみました。
これまた、、、美味しい！
お出汁が冷製なので、暑い日にはサッパリ食べれて最高です！
磯丸水産のランチ、、、予想以上に美味しかったです！
