新宿駅の近くにある豚骨ラーメン屋ということで行ってみた。
11日は一竜の日でラーメンが安く、替え玉も10円と非常にリーズナブル。
味の方は、なぜか分からないが甘みを感じる豚骨ラーメン。
背脂の甘みというより、砂糖や味醂など人工的につけた甘みと思われ、スープから豚骨臭もほぼ無く、所謂豚骨ラーメンを求めて行くと肩透かしを喰らう。
流行りの壱角家に近い感じを受けたので、セントラルキッチンで作ったスープなんじゃないかと思う。
麺はバリカタをオーダーしたが、ただの生煮えで、美味しい豚骨ラーメン屋のバリカタでの旨さは感じなかった。
麺の質のせいか？バリカタが「上手く麺を茹でられなかった」ような生煮え感を感じる麺だった。
結構人が入ってたけど、駅近で夜遅くまでやってる店だからなのか？不思議で仕方ない。
