新宿駅西口の目立つ場所にある老舗のラーメン屋さん。
1955年福岡の中洲で創業して屋台から始まったラーメンをチューニングして今の形にされたそうです。
1階の席数は5席弱で2階席もあるお店でした。
券売機で食券を購入して、席に着くと5分ほどで提供されるスピード感は嬉しかったです。
餃子と焦がしチャーハンが美味しくて2杯ずつ食べたい程でした。
ラーメンは臭みなくマイルドな味わいで卓上の胡麻をたくさんかけて頂きました。
