13:30過ぎに山本屋へ行ったら10人ほど並んでいたので、11日は一竜の日で780円が550円とのことなので、そちらに。１Ｆは4席でいっぱいです。２Ｆｈａどの程度はいっているのか不明。
注文はテーブルに置かれた端末から行います。
バリカタの指定もできました。
3分ほどで着丼です。
バリカタというか、確かにカタメではありますが、少し違うような。
粉っぽさはありますね。細目の長浜ラーメンです。
スープはあっさりめの豚骨で好きなタイプです。少し甘めでしょうか。
そこに、辛めのタレが入っていて、複雑な感じ。
チャーシューはハム系の、薄くてまぁまぁの大きさが1枚。これはさらっといただけます。
きくらげ、ネギはたっぷり。
550円なら文句いえません。
下にニンニクが溜まってるので注意！
